yeah i think she's actually quite aware of the limits of endorsement vs things like promoting voter registration. she is not and will never be an activist celebrity the way some people want her to be, but she's smart about when and how she weighs in.
The Elon statement didn't shock me because the man thinks he's some sort of genetic white knight (meant both ways). Shouldn't my lady just accept his bounty?
My first interpretation of his statement was less "I will impregnate you" and more "I have been doing so much impregnation that I now have a surplus of babies lying around...want one?" Either way, Elon Musk is weird and I am embarrassed every time he speaks publicly.
Now I'm imagining some zany slapstick scenario where Elon is trying to sneak babies into Taylor's house. Like he shows up on her doorstep in a fake mustache like "pizza delivery!" and she's like "why is the box so tall?" and he's like "uh...DEEP DISH!" and runs away.
